Senior DevOps / Cloud Platform Engineer - Azure | ValenciaLocation: Valencia, SpainWork model: Hybrid - at least 2 days/week in the officeExperience: 5+ years in DevOps, Cloud Platform Engineering, or similar rolesPosition: Full-timeContract: B2B / FreelanceLanguages: English & SpanishSummary:We’re looking for a Senior DevOps / Cloud Platform Engineer to design, automate and maintain enterprise Azure cloud infrastructure and deployment platforms, driving Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD automation, cloud security and platform operations. You’ll work closely with Architects, Developers and Infrastructure teams to build reliable, secure and scalable cloud environments.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and application hosting environments.Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate provisioning and configuration of cloud resources.Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.Implement cloud security best practices, identity management, access controls, and secrets management.Support containerized application deployments and platform operations.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance, reliability, and availability.Establish infrastructure standards, governance, and deployment best practices.Support development teams with cloud architecture, deployment automation, and operational guidance.Produce and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.Required Technical Skills:Azure Cloud InfrastructureStrong hands-on experience designing and administering Microsoft Azure environments.Experience with resource management, networking, security, identity, monitoring, and application hosting services.Understanding of enterprise cloud architecture and operational best practices.Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Strong experience with Bicep, Terraform, ARM Templates, or equivalent IaC technologies.Experience creating reusable and maintainable infrastructure deployment patterns.Azure DevOps & CI/CDExtensive experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines.Experience designing and managing automated build, release, and deployment pipelines.Strong understanding of source control, branching strategies, release management, and deployment automation.Containers & Platform OperationsExperience with Docker and container-based application deployments.Experience with Azure Container Apps, Kubernetes, or similar container platforms.Security & IdentityExperience implementing RBAC, Managed Identities, Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth/OIDC, and secrets management solutions.Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and secure cloud deployments. xbhjioe If you’re passionate about cloud automation, platform engineering and building scalable Azure environments, we’d love to hear from you.Send your CV in English to with reference “MA/DevCNG” or just apply to this opportunity.#DevOps #Azure #Cloud #AzureDevOps #Terraform #Kubernetes #DevSecOps #CloudEngineering #Valencia #Hiring
