We are a specialist engineering organisation at the forefront of safety-critical software engineering, developing high-integrity software for some of the worlds most demanding applications. Our work spans satellites, sub-modular reactors, aerospace, automotive, medical devices and life sciences, where the challenge is to build software that performs exactly as intended, every time. The role is based in Bath with hybrid working, typically 2-3 days onsite, and offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging software where correctness, reliability and safety genuinely matter.

• Commercial experience developing software using Ada and SPARK.
• Strong understanding of the safety-critical software development lifecycle.
• Experience across requirements, development and/or test.
• Exposure to safety-critical or highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of standards such as IEC 61508, EN 50128, ISO 26262, DEF STAN 00-55 or DO-178.
• A methodical approach to problem-solving and software quality.
• UK working rights and the ability to obtain BPSS security clearance.
