Combining technical expertise with strong leadership skills, you will manage analysis activities, guide and develop team members, engage with key stakeholders, and deliver high-quality insights that support critical decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for data analysis, problem-solving and continuous improvement within a highly technical and operational environment.Your main responsibilities will be to:Manage a small team providing expert analysis services.Ensure contracted core deliveries meet agreed milestones.Resource manage and support, where necessary, the analysis of functional data to determine system performance and reliability.Provide briefings to our intelligent customer and represent / support them at technical meetings.Ensure the effective dissemination of high-quality information to appropriate stakeholders.Ensure the application of recognised best practice in specialist areas.Provide mentoring and coaching to early career team members and support them in developing specialist skills where applicable. The essential experience you’ll bring to the role will be:Strong leadership, teamwork and organisational skills.Minimum five years of system analysis experience.A commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Good understanding of system performance and statistical analysis., Experience of working with data, in an established
