Solution Architect

As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with healthcare and laboratory customers to design, configure and deploy Clinisys LIMS solutions across the UK and Ireland. Acting as a trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert, you will help optimise laboratory workflows, deliver successful implementations and support customers through solution design, testing and go-live. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of Clinisys LIMS solutions within pathology and laboratory environments.
• Analyse customer workflows and translate requirements into scalable, best-practice solutions.
• Act as the technical lead throughout implementation, validation and transition to support.
• Collaborate with customers, project teams and partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive standardisation, quality and continuous improvement across deployments.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve automation, efficiency, data quality and decision support.

• Experience delivering healthcare IT, LIMS or laboratory software solutions.
• Strong understanding of pathology laboratory workflows and healthcare regulations.
• Customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with healthcare integrations and messaging standards (HL7, FHIR).
• Knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure.
• Strong problem-solving, solution design and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• UK or Ireland healthcare sector experience preferred.

This role requires a working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve processes and outcomes. A core understanding of AI concepts is required and must be able to demonstrate the use of AI tools in a professional setting.
