Oracle ERP Solution Architect / Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle ERP Solution Architect / Technical Lead to lead our Oracle ERP landscape with a. primary focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Plan-to-Make / Plan-to Manufacture (PTM), Order-to-Cash (02C), and Direct Procurement domains. This position is responsible for driving the design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Oracle ERP (EBS / Fusion) solutions as part of a global modernization program spanning manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep techno-functional expertise across Oracle Fusion SCM modules - including Inventory Management, Order Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Product Data Hub (PDH), Quality Management, and Direct Procurement - combined with hands-on technical leadership and a strategic mindset to translate complex business requirements into scalable, compliant, and future-ready ERP solutions. Supporting expertise in indirect Procurement and Record-to-Report (RR) is valued as a complementary capability. This role acts as the critical connector between business process owners, SI partners, technical teams, and stakeholders ensuring that solution architecture, product management, and integration strategies are aligned with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. The successful candidate will bring advanced skills in Oracle ERP, Fusion Al Agents, Fusion Data Intelligence, BI Publisher, OIC, VBCS, APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, and shell scripting, along with strong experience in ERP integrations, data migration, and boundary system management. A key expectation is to proactively provide automation and process improvement ideas, introduce Al-enabled solutions, and drive toward industry standards and best practices. The role requires constructively challenging requirements and designs, promoting continuous improvement, and influencing teams to adopt innovative solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supply Chain, PLM, PTM, 02C, and Direct Procurement (Primary)
• Strong understanding of SOX, GXP ITC, RAC/ABAC, audit, and security standards applicable to regulated manufacturing and biotech environments.
• Ability to lead technical assessments, RFP processes, code/design reviews, and enforce coding and documentation standards.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a high-ownership and results-oriented mindset. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities, able to influence and align business and IT teams.

• Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies, ERP deployment tools, and organizational change management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, dynamic, global environments and drive user adoption for new processes and systems.

• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM covering Inventory Management, Order Management, Shipping, Manufacturing (Discrete/Process/WIP), Supply Chain Planning (Demand Management, Supply Planning, S&OP), Product Data Hub (PDH/PLM), Quality Management, and Cost Management.
• Strong solution design capability across the Plan-to-Make (PTM) lifecycle: demand and supply planning, work order execution, production scheduling, material requirements planning (MRP/MPS), shop floor control, and manufacturing variance analysis.
• End-to-end Order-to-Cash (02C) expertise covering order entry, pricing, available-to-promise (ATP), fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and revenue recognition, including cross-functional alignment with SCM and Finance.
• Direct Procurement expertise including Oracle Fusion Purchasing, purchasing contracts, blanket agreements, approved supplier lists, supplier qualification, procurement analytics, and Oracle Business Network (OBN) integration.

• Experience with WMS (Oracle Cloud WMS or equivalent) and supply chain boundary system integrations (OTM/GTM, MES, quality systems, supplier portals) is an advantage. Secondary Domain Expertise

• Working knowledge of Indirect Procurement (Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay) including requisition management, catalog procurement, invoice processing, and spend analytics.

• Supporting knowledge of Record-to-Report (RR) processes as they relate to supply chain costing, inventory accounting. and manufacturing variance reporting. Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Al Agents Studio, OIC, VBCS, APEX, SOAP UI, API Gateway, PaaS Extensions, and shell scripting for ERP development, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Experience with ERP integrations (OIC, file-based, REST/SOAP APIs), data migration (FBDI, ADFDI), and boundary system management across SCM, manufacturing, and commercial domains.
