As a Solutions Engineer, you will have the opportunity to identify and solve technical challenges by architecting and building solutions, prioritize client success, and work cross-functionally to help clients achieve their business objectives. Responsibilities - Develop and manage relationships with customers’ and partners’ technical teams and support joint engineering roadmaps. - Partner with sales teams to identify technical solutions that address advertisers’ business goals. - Build and deliver products and end-to-end customized solutions in collaboration with Ads product and engineering teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions. - Provide technical insights and influence product development roadmaps to address customer and business needs.

Minimum Qualification(s) - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline - Experience shipping production quality code - Familiar with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++. - Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Ability to collaborate with various sized stakeholder groups internally and externally. - Demonstrated knowledge of API and backend systems design. Preferred Qualification(s) - Experience working with cross functional teams. - Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and development experience. - Good collaborator and team player, comfortable working in a fast moving, culturally diverse and globally distributed team environment.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $256000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
