Job description

Seeking a Sr Epic Willow Ambulatory Certified Analyst that can assist with designs, builds, tests, and support of Epic outpatient pharmacy software. Candidate must have experience in the space mentoring junior team members to set priorities, utilize problem solving techniques, and best practices. Must have the ability to understand the application functionality and how it relates to workflows, departments, and how to best integrate with third party applications., * Design, configure, and test Epic Willow Ambulatory application builds.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and support day-to-day user workflows.
  • Coordinate system migrations, software updates, and user training.
  • Act as a main point of contact and mentor for the application team

Requirements

a. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Nursing or BSN highly preferred.

Experience & Training Required:

a. Certification for relevant applications is required upon hire.

b. Five (5) years of application support experience.

c. Preferred: Healthcare experience.

d. Preferred: Two (2) years project management experience and/or application lead experience.

Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:

a. Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with workflows to foster problem solving.

b. Capability to understand the application functionality and how it relates to departments while making recommendations for integration into operational flow.

c. Ability to coordinate cross-team discussions and collaboration and present solutions in an organized manner.

d. Mentors team members to set priorities and utilizes problem-solving techniques with minimal direction and appropriate collaboration.

e. Flexibility to adapt to new situations and changing environments, including leading the change., Epic Willow,problem solving techniques,Certified Analyst,outpatient pharmacy,mentoring junior team members,workflows
