ChatBot/Mobile/Automation Tester onsite role in Issaquah, WA

Role Overview: This role will support automated evaluation testing for the client’s eCommerce chatbot across iOS and Android mobile apps, executing test cases and validating bot responses against defined KPIs, * Build and execute automated test scripts to evaluate chatbot accuracy and performance within the iOS, Android mobile and Web apps

• Log, track, and analyze test results against KPI benchmarks
• Support test case design for various user scenarios, edge cases, and multi-turn conversations across both platforms
• Validate chatbot behavior across different device types, OS versions, and screen sizes
• Collaborate with the team members on test planning, coverage, and result consolidation
• Document defects, inconsistencies, and improvement areas for reporting

• Hands-on experience with mobile test automation frameworks - Appium (cross-platform) or native frameworks like XCUITest (iOS) / Espresso (Android)
• Experience testing chatbot or conversational interfaces embedded within mobile apps and web apps
• Basic scripting ability (Python or Java, depending on framework) to build and maintain automated test scripts
• Experience with API testing (Postman or similar) to validate backend chatbot responses
• Familiarity with device/OS fragmentation testing, including cloud device farms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs) if used
• Ability to work collaboratively across time zones

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with LLM/chatbot evaluation frameworks (e.g., promptfoo, DeepEval, RAGAS)
• Experience building “golden datasets” or structured test question sets for bot accuracy validation
