Job description

technology.</li> <li>Develop system concepts and technical solutions from initial requirements through to implementation.</li> <li>Conduct performance analysis, simulations, and measurements including:</li> <li>Robustness</li> <li>Timing analysis</li> <li>Interference analysis</li> <li>Coverage evaluation</li> <li>System optimization</li> <li>Contribute to the implementation, optimization, and debugging of DECT NR+ PHY/MAC protocol stacks in embedded environments.</li> <li>Manage and coordinate functional work packages, ensuring delivery, planning, and technical risk management.</li> <li>Participate in technical reviews, architecture discussions, and key design decisions.</li> <li>Support standardization activities and collaborative research projects.</li> <li>Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers across wireless technologies and DECT systems.</li> <li>Create technical documentation including architecture definitions, specifications, interfaces, and testing concepts.</li>

Requirements

  • Contribute to future technology roadmaps and identify opportunities for innovation and reusable development methodologies.
  • </ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with DECT NR+, including PHY/MAC implementation and optimization.</li> <li>Deep understanding of wireless communications and digital signal processing, including:</li> <li>Channel coding</li> <li>Time/frequency synchronization</li> <li>Robustness mechanisms</li> <li>Embedded software development experience using C/C++.</li> <li>Experience using Python and/or MATLAB for analysis, simulation, and prototyping.</li> <li>Experience integrating signal processing algorithms into DSPs, FPGAs, or SoCs would be advantageous.</li> <li>Experience working with standards/specifications or contributing to standardization activities is beneficial.</li> <li>Interest or experience in open-source development environments is advantageous.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.</li> </ul> <p> Tid-1</p>
