The role

• Lead SAP SD consulting engagements across complex S/4HANA transformations
• Define transformation strategies and target operating models
• Facilitate executive workshops and strategic design sessions
• Support proposals, RFPs and strategic customer pursuits
• Mentor consultants and develop future leaders
• Contribute to innovation and continued growth of the SAP practice

• 10+ years SAP SD consulting experience
• Extensive SAP S/4HANA transformation experience
• Expertise across Lead-to-Cash and Sales transformation
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading consulting teams and customer engagements
• Business development and proposal experience
• German language beneficial but not essential
