With more than 8 billion downloads, CrazyLabs is a leading publisher of casual and hybrid-casual games.We have proven that real success comes from staying ahead with the latest technology, having fun with what we do, and building excellent teams.We’re looking for a Game Designer to join our New Games team and help create the next generation of hybrid-casual mobile games.You’ll work on new games from early concept and prototype stages, experimenting with mechanics, systems, progression, and meta features to discover experiences players want to keep playing.A Game Designer who loves creating and experimenting with new game ideas Passionate about casual and hybrid-casual mobile games Comfortable testing ideas quickly, learning from data and playtests, and iterating Curious about player psychology, market trends, and why successful games work Excited about using AI and new tools to accelerate game design and prototyping A collaborative designer who enjoys working closely with product, art, development, and data teams As a Game Designer, you will: Design new hybrid-casual game concepts from early ideation through prototype and validation.Turn game ideas into clear design concepts, prototypes, flows, and specifications.Rapidly test and iterate on gameplay ideas based on playtests, player behavior, and performance data.Design and balance progression, rewards, economies, and monetization systems appropriate for hybrid-casual games.Work closely with Product Owners, developers, artists, and Data Analysts to bring new game concepts to life.Analyze KPIs, player behavior, market trends, competitor games, and test results to identify opportunities and improve designs.Research successful and emerging games to identify mechanics, features, trends, and opportunities that can inspire new concepts.Create clear and practical design documentation, including game briefs, feature specifications, flows, wireframes, and balancing models.The Game Designer role requires: ~3+ years experience designing mobile games, ideally within casual, hybrid-casual genres ~ Strong understanding of game design fundamentals, including core loops, mechanics, systems, progression, balancing, player motivation, and reward structures.~ Experience taking game concepts or features from idea through implementation and iteration.~ Ability to use data, KPIs, playtests, and player feedback to evaluate and improve game designs.~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.~ Strong knowledge of current mobile gaming trends and a genuine passion for playing and analyzing games.~ Experience designing successful hybrid-casual or casual mobile games.Experience in Unity Experience working on new games, prototypes, or games from concept to launch.Experience using AI tools for game ideation, prototyping, balancing, or analysis.Annual team trip, global holiday celebrations and presents, birthday and job anniversary presents… and so much more!Remote but not alone.While you enjoy the flexibility of a remote position, we make sure you always feel part of our Crazy team.We’ve assembled an AI Lead team dedicated to teaching, training, and helping all Crazies stay ahead of the curve and use AI smartly.Hay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.

Requirements
