Are you a seasoned network professional ready to lead infrastructure projects that make a real impact?We’re looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join our team and take ownership of designing, managing, and evolving our network infrastructure across multiple sites.¿Es este el siguiente paso en su carrera?Descubra si es el candidato adecuado leyendo la descripción completa a continuación.What You’ll Do Design & ArchitectureDesign and optimize LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and SD-WAN infrastructuresDrive scalability, redundancy, and high availability across environmentsEvaluate and recommend cutting-edge technologies from Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Fortinet Administration & MonitoringConfigure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and access pointsMonitor performance using tools like Nagios, PRTG, or SolarWindsManage QoS policies, VLANs, IP addressing, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) Network SecurityImplement firewall policies, VPNs, and Zero Trust segmentationConduct vulnerability assessments and contribute to penetration testingKeep security configurations aligned with current best practices (IDS/IPS, access control) Support & TroubleshootingDiagnose and resolve complex Level 2/3 network incidentsMaintain thorough network diagrams, configurations, and documentation Automation & OptimizationAutomate repetitive tasks using Ansible, Python, or custom scriptingManage configuration backups and version control for network equipment Collaboration & LeadershipWork cross-functionally with systems, cloud, and cybersecurity teamsLead network deployments, data center migrations, and branch rolloutsManage vendors and external service providersWhat We’re Looking For 5-8 years of experience in network infrastructure, including multi-site or data center environments Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, VoIP, QoS, and network virtualization (VLAN, VXLAN) Proficiency with hardware from Cisco, Juniper, HP/Aruba, Fortinet, xqbhyrx or Palo Alto Proven leadership in multidisciplinary technical teams under high-pressure conditions Strong vendor management and coordination skills Relevant certifications a plus: CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, NSE, or equivalent English proficiency required (B2 minimum) - working language for technical documentation, international team communication, and vendor management Knowledge of additional languages (Spanish, German, or French) is a plusWhy Join Us?Work on complex, high-impact infrastructure projects Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams Real ownership and visibility in your role Competitive salary + benefits package
