Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about building scalable web applications, modern front-end experiences, and leading engineering teams, and is always looking for new ways to tackle complex issues. As our Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be in charge of maintaining, enhancing, and expanding our flagship public-facing web application while organizing and mentoring the dedicated project team. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our web platform remains robust, scalable, and intuitive for our global user base. This role is envisioned as a crucial technical and team leader who bridges high-level feature development with day-to-day engineering execution. The usual day-to-day tasks include architecting front-end and back-end features, organizing sprint priorities and guiding team members, reviewing code, and optimizing application performance. The role will be completely in English, and CVs/resumes in other languages will not be considered., * Lead & Organize: Provide technical direction and organization for the dedicated project team, mentoring team members and fostering an efficient, collaborative engineering workflow.

• Develop & Maintain: Architect, build, and maintain high-performance, public-facing web application features using modern Angular on the front end and Python on the back end.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and other internal tech teams to translate functional requirements into seamless, user-friendly digital features.
• Optimize & Scale: Drive continuous feature evolution and application stability across our 2-year-old codebase, ensuring high system reliability, speed, and overall performance.
• Quality & Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices in code quality, unit testing, architecture design, and deployment pipelines.

• Experience: 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including demonstrated experience organizing, mentoring, or leading software engineering teams.
• Frontend Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Angular (TypeScript, RxJS, modern state management) with a strong portfolio of public-facing web applications.
• Backend Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Python web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask) and designing scalable RESTful APIs.
• People & Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, empathy, and organizational skills, with a track record of successfully guiding developers and managing sprint workflows.
• Application Maintenance: Proven ability to maintain, refactor, and scale established, production-grade applications without disrupting current user experience.
• Problem-Solving & Execution: A proactive mindset focused on continuous learning, operational excellence, and delivery in a fast-paced environment.
