Business Intelligence Analyst

At Gracia101, we’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.We’re looking for someone with strong expertise in Power BI, SAP, and Web Intelligence to support data-driven decision-making.Main responsibilities include developing dashboards, managing data models, ensuring data consistency across systems, and delivering high-quality reporting solutions for business stakeholders.Technical Skills Strong expertise in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, visualization) Hands-on experience with SAP BI / SAP BW / SAP data structures Advanced Web Intelligence (Web I) report development Advanced Excel Knowledge of data modelling concepts SQL/data querying knowledge (recommended) Experience working with multiple data sources / system integration Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models Build and enhance SAP Business Objects (Web Intelligence - Web I) reports Extract, transform, and analyze data from SAP and other enterprise systems (e.G., Data One) Ensure data consistency and reconciliation across systems (SAP, BI tools, Excel) Develop and maintain advanced Excel models for analysis and reporting Translate business requirements into technical data solutions and visualizations Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Collaborate with finance and business teams to identify reporting needs Support data governance, documentation, and reporting standards Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and automation Nice-to-Have Experience in FP&A / Finance reporting environment Exposure to data governance / data quality frameworks Experience in system migrations or BI transformations (Web I ? Power BI) Requirements Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, IT or similar +3-5 years experience in BI / reporting roles Experience working with enterprise data environments (SAP-based)
