You’ll coordinate cross-functional, highly skilled teams to ensure smooth execution, foster team growth, and build strong, lasting client relationships.What You’ll Do:Support organizational effectiveness by executing and following strategic technology plans.Organize and monitor project outcomes; provide coaching and guidance to team members, coordinate company procedures and policies.Foster reliable communication and a work environment, develop team relationships, and identify opportunities for professional growth to build staff retention.Evaluate and optimize billable utilization, support capacity planning and contribute to project profitability forecasting.Proactively identify growth opportunities with existing clients; deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.Support information technology strategies and procedures by evaluating outcomes, identifying issues, assessing trends, and understanding requirements.Support financial objectives by contributing to forecasting, managing expenditures, reviewing variances, and supporting corrective actions.Ensure quality service by implementing and following organizational standards.Contribute to team success by delivering related results as needed.What we are looking for:5+ years of experience in engineering management or related roles.Positive attitude and professional demeanor.Client-focused mindset.Good experience with financial management and budget oversight.Proven ability to multitask effectively.Strong problem-solving orientation.People management experience, including Performance planning, team development, and employee relations.Good technical expertise with IT industry background.Strong experience with Agile methodologies.Advanced level of English.Past experience as a Software Engineer.Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:100% remote work (from anywhere).Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferredHardware and software setup for you to work from home.Flexible hours: create your own schedule.Paid parental leaves, vacations, and holidays.Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.#J-*****-Ljbffr
