Working closely with product, design, manufacturing, and quality teams, you will support new product introduction (NPI), test program development, hardware bring-up, and data analytics initiatives to ensure robust and scalable manufacturing test solutions., Test Solution Development

  • Develop, validate, and release production test programs for Eagle Test Systems (ETS88) and oven-based trimming/calibration systems.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) activities by developing test methodologies and characterization plans.
  • Lead test program debugging, optimization, and correlation activities.
  • Improve test coverage, test time efficiency, and manufacturability to support high-volume production.

Test Hardware & System Integration

  • Lead the design, validation, and qualification of DUT boards, interface hardware, load boards, and test fixtures.
  • Lead hardware bring-up, system integration, and debugging activities.
  • Perform tester-to-tester, site-to-site, and platform correlation studies.
  • Conduct engineering evaluations and characterize test system performance.

Validation & Change Management

  • Lead validation of hardware and software changes for test systems.
  • Execute qualification plans and document results for test releases.
  • Ensure all changes comply with engineering and quality requirements.
  • Maintain test documentation, procedures, and release records.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Equipment Engineering, and OSAT partners.
  • Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and test strategy development.
  • Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

About the company

Timing is the heartbeat of all electronics, ensuring performance, resilience and scalability. For decades, quartz devices, non-silicon technology, have kept systems in sync, but they struggle in harsher, more demanding environments. MEMS-based Precision Timing delivers greater accuracy, smaller size and resilience. Today, MEMS timing powers over 400 applications, including high-growth ones in AI datacenters, automated driving, industrial and humanoid robots, wearables and IoT.

Our semiconductor MEMS programmable solutions offer a rich feature set that enables customers to differentiate their products with higher performance, smaller size, lower power, and better reliability. With more than 4 billion devices shipped, SiTime is changing the timing industry. For more information, visit: ;/strong>.
