Senior Project Manager - ERP Implementation

Client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager ERP Implementation to lead an end-to-end ERP implementation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex ERP projects, coordinating business and technical teams, and driving implementations from initiation through deployment and stabilization. Candidates willing to relocate to the Springfield, MA area are welcome to apply. However, candidates must be able to attend required in-person meetings/interviews.

• Strong experience as a Senior Project Manager leading ERP implementations.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
• PMP IS A MUST

• Experience with one or more major ERP platforms, such as:

• SAP
• Oracle
• Microsoft Dynamics
• Infor
• Workday
• Epicor
• Or similar ERP platforms
• Experience with data conversion/migration, systems integration, testing, training, and organizational change management.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing vendors and implementation partners.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Strong project governance, planning, risk management, and reporting experience.

Work Arrangement & Interview Requirements

• First 90 days: 5 days per week onsite in Springfield, MA.
• After the first 90 days: Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
• Candidates must be able to work onsite in Springfield, MA.
• Candidates must be available for an in-person interview following the initial interview round.
