We are Ackcent, a cybersecurity company based in Barcelona, Spain.We are specialized and exclusively dedicated to providing cybersecurity services and solutions.Our aim is to effectively protect the digital assets of our customers.Our solutions are designed to adapt to each customer’s particular cybersecurity needs, ensuring quality and project success.Inscríbase ahora, lea los detalles del trabajo desplazándose hacia abajo.Verifique que posee las habilidades necesarias antes de enviar una solicitud.Role Summary · The Security Monitoring Specialist (SMS) is a junior role in a fast-paced collaborative environment.· Defend customers and infrastructure from cyber threats.· Handle escalated alerts and perform investigations.· Work with Customer Support and Security Engineers.Responsibilities · Monitor security alerts, logs, and events.· Analyze logs using SIEM, EDR, WAF.· Respond to incidents with customers.· Document investigations and remediation.· Escalate complex incidents.· Communicate with clients.· Improve SOC processes.Required · Engineering degree or similar.· Network and protocol knowledge.· Security architecture understanding.· Familiarity with SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, WAF.· Advanced English and Spanish.· Analytical and communication skills.Nice to have · OS knowledge (Windows, Linux, OSX).· Cybersecurity experience.· Scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).· Knowledge of cyber kill chain, TTPs.· Certifications (Security+, GSEC…).What we offer · Full remote role.xqbhyrx · Competitive salary.· Shift: 23h to 08h.
