Software Engineer (Graduate) - Development Finance

With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months. And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver web, mobile, AI and automation initiatives while participating in Agile ceremonies, troubleshooting activities, technical documentation and continuous improvement efforts focused on secure and scalable solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or related fields.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Kotlin or Swift.
• Understanding of software development concepts, problem-solving techniques and Agile methodologies.Strong analytical skills, curiosity for technology and willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
• Exposure to web, mobile, cloud, AI or automation projects through internships, academic projects, hackathons or personal initiatives.
