Job description

Lead the design and implementation of scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional analysts, product leaders, developers, administrators, data specialists, and distributed delivery teams.
Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, including platform design, integration strategy, security, data architecture, and technical governance.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure Salesforce solution architectures.
Design and implement solutions using Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and other Salesforce capabilities.
Support solutions involving Sales Cloud and Energy and Utilities Cloud as needed.
Define Salesforce data models, security architecture, sharing models, integration patterns, and automation strategies.
Provide direction on implementation to ensure alignment with business objectives and platform best practices.
Navigate ambiguity, understand business context, and balance immediate delivery needs with long-term platform health.
Required: Minimum of 8 years’ experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience in roles such as Salesforce Technical Architect, Senior Salesforce Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead Salesforce Developer on complex enterprise programs.
