Artificial Intelligence SAP (Applications) SAP S/4HANA SAP PSM

Minimum 8-10 years of SAP FM/PSM consulting experience, with demonstrated S/4HANA on-premise implementation or transformation experience
Deep knowledge of SAP Public Sector Management - Funds Management (PSM-FM), including Budget Control System (BCS), availability control, commitment ledger, and year-end processes
Proven experience in brownfield conversion engagements with post-migration optimization and custom code rationalization
Direct experience in the banking, development finance, or financial services sector - with familiarity with public sector budget governance and compliance
Strong ability to lead stakeholder workshops, manage diverse groups, and build consensus around process redesign recommendations
Experience collaborating with technical developers to assess custom Z-developments and map them to standard SAP functionality
Familiarity with AI and automation tools applicable to budgetary management and financial planning
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex FM concepts to non-technical executives
Proven track record delivering in fast-paced, high-pressure project environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP Budget Formulation and Execution (BFE) or SAP Entitlement Management
Exposure to integration between Funds Management and Grants Management in development banking contexts
SAP PSM or S/4HANA certification preferred
