Job description
A federal agency in Washington, DC needs an experienced PeopleSoft Financials functional specialist to support its production 9.2 environment immediately following an image upgrade, carry the day-to-day production support load across six modules, and plan and complete an in-flight dashboard build. This is a functional seat - configuration, requirements, analysis, testing and documentation - but the dashboard work is hands-on, so a pure business analyst who cannot build reports will not succeed., PeopleSoft Financials 9.2, Image 52 - recently upgraded from Image 21. PeopleTools 8.61. In production since 2010.
Modules
General Ledger · Commitment Control · Purchasing · Accounts Payable · Accounts Receivable/Billing · Asset Management

nVision, Crystal, PS Query; an in-flight “Insight” dashboard initiative
Other
ADFS plug-in for SSO · Oracle EPM (cloud) · Coupa (cloud) · RHEL v7*v9 upgrade underway
Above two rows are context, not qualifications - the client did not make SSO, EPM or Coupa experience a requirement. Prefer them; do not screen on them.
· Post-upgrade support for the production 9.2 environment just moved from Image 21 to Image 52 - triage, regression validation, assessment of new-image functionality.
· Day-to-day production support across all six modules: research user issues, separate configuration from defect, define and test fixes.
· Work a standing backlog of new reports and enhancements running the length of the task order.
· Plan and complete the Insight dashboards effort - stand up the capability and build the module-specific dashboards. This is the one task with a defined finish.
· Identify delivered functionality not yet in use that can replace customizations or manual workarounds; document, configure and test what is approved.
· Capture requirements directly from users; write and maintain policies and procedures, operations manuals, change requests, test scripts and training materials.
