Requirements

an experienced Veeva CRM Lead to provide technical leadership for Veeva CRM and Salesforce-based implementations.

experience with Veeva CRM solutions, technical architecture, and application development.

Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Configuration, Veeva Vault SDK, and Veeva Vault Platform.

Hands-on experience with Veeva Approved Email, Network, OpenData, Align, Engage, or Events Management.

Experience managing large-scale Salesforce/Veeva implementations across the full SDLC.

Strong knowledge of REST web services, integrations, messaging/streaming, with JavaScript/AJAX exposure preferred.

Experience with Agile methodologies, migration projects, Jira, and Scrum environments.

Lead technical discussions, translate functional requirements into technical solutions, and guide offshore teams.

Drive enhancements, troubleshoot production issues, support problem management, and maintain technical/application documentation.
