Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6), React, Node.js, and AWS serverless technologies. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently with minimal guidance, communicating effectively with remote teams, and contributing across both frontend and backend development. The engineer will work on internal user-facing products and applications supporting data scientists, researchers, modeling, analytics, data quality, and process automation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications. Build responsive frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6). Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python. Design and implement serverless solutions using AWS services. Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes supporting analytics and reporting. Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale data analysis. Build REST APIs and microservices. Work with AWS services including DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, and SNS/SQS. Design and implement automated, scalable, and reliable data-processing solutions. Create technical design specifications and documentation. Develop unit tests and contribute to automated testing practices. Follow CI/CD, DevOps, and software engineering best practices. Collaborate closely with product, research, program, and technical teams. Participate in Agile development processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure high standards of data quality, automation, scalability, and maintainability., Initial 30-minute video interview. Followed by an approximately 1.5-hour technical/team panel. Technical discussion may include whiteboarding via video. Identity verification and computer audio/video verification are required. Remote onboarding and remote start. Orientation login: 8:45 AM Orientation/start time: 9:00 AM Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a senior-level engineer who can hit the ground running, work with minimal supervision, communicate effectively with stakeholders and remote teams, and demonstrate strong hands-on expertise across React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, AWS, serverless development, APIs, SQL, and data pipelines. Requirements

Strong full-stack development experience. Strong React.js and TypeScript experience. Strong JavaScript (ES6) proficiency. Strong Python development experience. Solid Node.js backend development experience. Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud application deployment. Experience with AWS serverless technologies. Experience building REST APIs and microservices. Strong SQL skills. Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automation. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. Preferred Skills Experience with automated E2E and API testing. Experience with AWS CDK or CloudFormation. Experience with event-driven architectures. Experience working in Agile environments. Experience with data management, data quality, ETL, and analytics systems. AWS or other relevant professional certifications. Relevant AWS or other professional certifications are a plus.
