Senior Java/J2EE Developer - IBM DB2 Work Location: Remote Interview: MS Teams We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to support further development, enhancement, and improvement to the eXPRS application. eXPRS is a web-based system developed to manage long term care Medicaid services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Key Person will support the following needs of the Operations and Maintenance of our Direct Clients eXPRS application: Assist with identification and remediation of application bugs Assist with the completion of operational requests in the eXPRS ADOS Backlog Assist with the completion of the application enhancement request in the eXPRS ADOS Backlog Assist with completion of the performance and maintenance requests in the eXPRS ADOS Backlog Assist with the completion of the application refactoring requests in the eXPRS ADOS Backlog Assist with the completion of the User Interface improvement requests in the eXPRS ADOS Backlog Assist with the completion of the data and reporting requests in the eXPRS ADOS Backlog Transition of the concepts and enhancements to existing team members to enable them to provide ongoing support Tasks Develop and deliver updates to eXPRS application, including software code changes and documentation. Document completed enhancements to ensure complete system documentation for the eXPRS application. Complete defect and change requests for code modifications associated with the Services that impact the eXPRS application. Engage in multiple discussions with system and business experts as well as attend daily Scrum meetings. Engage with the ODHS business product owner to understand mandatory functional business requirements and timelines. Document solution options, impacted system areas, system dependencies, and gaps in system capabilities needed to fulfill requirements. Engage with the ODHS project technical architect to understand technical standards, and document technical design. Engage with the OIS technical manager and technical lead to review level of effort and timelines. Follow existing requirements management, design, development and issue tracking processes and development standards. Azure DevOps (ADOS) and an Agile Scrum approach are used for development work. Participate in daily and weekly sprint planning and review meetings. Demonstrate understanding of requirements using incremental functional prototypes and receive and document feedback from business and technical stakeholders.

J2EE - 10+ years of experience IBM DB2 UDB - 10+ years of experience Java - 10+ years of experience Eclipse - 10+ years of experience Prior state government experience within the last five years eXPRS Application Development - 1-3 years of experience The key person should be available to work onsite within a reasonable timeframe.
