Requirements
- Lead architecture, code reviews, technical decisions, troubleshooting, and developer mentoring.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Spring Cloud, and Kafka.
- Experience designing scalable, secure, high-performance applications and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD.
- Strong knowledge of SQL/Oracle, system design, design patterns, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with cloud-native services, automated testing, and Agile/Scrum preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
