Job description

The IT Administrative Support Worker will report to the IT Manager and is responsible for assisting management with IT administrative tasks including, but not limited to, data entry, technical support, software configurations, and hardware installations. The IT Administrative Support Worker will be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner., * · Responsible for deployment and tear down of POS terminals

  • · Provides support to all point-of-sale system problems and escalate when necessary.
  • · Provides internal support of the Company?s PCs, printers, and related equipment.
  • · Assists in maintenance and upgrade of PC and POS equipment.
  • · Initiates and implement improvements to areas of responsibility.
  • · Conduct stadium walk-through to ensure all systems are operational prior to and during all events.
  • · Replacement of defective hardware before, during and after events
  • · Diagnoses of software, firmware & hardware errors, and breakage
  • · Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all standards and practices.
  • · Occasionally assisting at other venues in the district on non-event days and during the off season
  • · Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age (required)
  • Experience with Clover, Tapin2, Mashgin, and Square.
  • Highschool Diploma or GED
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues
  • Basic understanding of networking (Static vs. DHCP, Star Topology, TCP/IP)
  • Ability to walk, stand, and crawl frequently
  • Strong ability to explain and translate technical subjects with non-technical users
