Job description

We are seeking a Technical Lead to provide technical leadership across multiple AI-driven software development initiatives. This role will oversee solution design, development quality, cloud architecture, and delivery execution while collaborating closely with product, DevOps, architecture, and business teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong full-stack development experience, cloud expertise, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and oversight across multiple AI development workstreams.
  • Establish and enforce software engineering best practices, coding standards, testing approaches, and security requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical assessments to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Product, Program, DevOps, Risk, and Architecture teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
  • Contribute to complex development tasks, architecture decisions, and critical project deliverables.
  • Support CI/CD processes, deployment activities, and troubleshooting efforts when needed.
  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of production and pre-production issues.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise governance, documentation, version control, and release management standards.
  • Mentor and support development teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10+ years of software development experience, including experience in a senior or lead role.
  • Expert proficiency in C#, Python, JavaScript, Angular, and React.
  • Strong experience developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API, Node.js, or Flask.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, OOAD, SOLID principles, secure coding practices, and automated testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting AI-enabled applications or enterprise-scale software solutions is preferred.
