Job description

The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of strong Java development experience along with some hands-on exposure to Blockchain technologies. Candidates with strong Java expertise and relevant Blockchain experience will be considered. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java applications.
Develop and implement enterprise-level applications using Java and related technologies.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Work on Blockchain-related applications and integrations.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and development standards.
Develop secure, reliable, and high-performance solutions.
Contribute to the complete software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Requirements

10+ years of professional experience in Java development.
Strong hands-on experience with Core Java and Java/J2EE technologies.
Experience developing enterprise-level applications.
Good understanding of Spring/Spring Boot and REST APIs.
Experience with databases and SQL.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and design principles
Some hands-on experience or working knowledge of Blockchain technology.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite in Jersey City, NJ.

Preferred Blockchain Experience Experience with any of the following will be a plus:

Blockchain architecture and concepts
Distributed ledger technology (DLT)
Smart contracts
