Appian Developer

Develop and configure complex enterprise applications using Appian components (SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Web APIs).

• Design and implement secure integrations using RESTful APIs and authentication patterns.

• Perform SQL data modeling and database design.

We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer with 3-6 years of experience to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade, mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in the Appian platform, strong SQL skills, and thrives in Agile/SAFe environments., Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3+ years of hands-on Appian development experience (v17.x or higher).

• U.S. Citizenship required (Federal contract requirement).

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

• Appian Certified Associate or Senior Developer required.

• Proficiency in SQL, Relational Databases.

Key Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proactive approach to learning and obtaining higher-level Appian certifications.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Appian Certified Lead Developer designation.

• Understanding of federal IT compliance (FISMA, NIST, Section 508).

• Experience with performance tuning and application troubleshooting.
