Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI development

  • Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

  • Experience building, deploying, and maintaining ML models in production

  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

  • Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps practices

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs, or Generative AI

  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and ML deployment pipelines

  • Knowledge of distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark

  • Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases

  • Experience with model monitoring and performance optimization
