Job description

Lead full-stack application development with a focus on Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, SQL Server, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS).

Design and develop scalable and secure front-end and back-end solutions.
Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, and database integrations.
Optimize SQL Server databases (data modeling, migration, tuning).
Establish and enforce software engineering standards, architecture, security, and clean code practices.
Lead implementation of automated testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end).
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
Design and configure Microsoft Azure solutions (App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Application Insights, Azure Monitor).
Implement observability, logging, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting to improve reliability and performance.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
Influence and drive best practices and architectural decisions across cross-functional teams.
Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, UX/UI, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
