Job description

We are seeking a senior-level UX Designer to contribute to the redesign and enhancement of a major commercial aviation website. This role involves resolving user access issues and executing ongoing improvements to web applications. The position is fully remote, with a preference for nearshore candidates., * Participate in the redesign of the company’s primary website.

Address and resolve usability and access challenges for users.
Contribute to the continuous enhancement of web applications.
Develop and document designs for web application features.
Ensure high standards of usability across all web projects.

Requirements

Experience: Senior-level professional experience in UX design for web applications. Specific years of experience are not required, but demonstrated seniority is essential.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Figma for design creation.
Experience using Storybook for UI component development.
Ability to document designs for development teams.
Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with web application management in the commercial aviation industry.
Knowledge of or experience with AI-powered design tools.
