Power BI Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions

• Build, enhance, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to support reporting and analytics needs

• Develop scalable data models and reporting architectures that support business decision-making

• Utilize Power BI Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and other AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, automation, and reporting capabilities

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and validation across reporting and analytics platforms

• Monitor and optimize reporting performance, dashboard responsiveness, and data processing efficiency

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and production support, proactively resolving issues impacting business operations and service levels

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions

• Maintain end-to-end ownership of reporting solutions, from data ingestion and transformation through visualization and validation

• Support automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort

• Promote best practices around data governance, reporting standards, and enterprise analytics architecture

• Partner with technical teams to support cloud-based data initiatives and reporting enhancements

We are looking for a highly skilled Power BI Engineer to join the team of our exceptional client. This role combines advanced business intelligence, reporting, and data engineering expertise to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade analytics solutions.

This position requires a hands-on professional who can design and develop end-to-end reporting solutions, build and optimize data pipelines, and partner with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable insights. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of Power BI development, data engineering, and analytics architecture experience, along with a passion for leveraging AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and innovation., * Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise solutions using Power BI

• Experience creating complex dashboards, data visualizations, and interactive reports

• Strong expertise in SQL Server, data modeling, and database design

• Experience building and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines

• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure-based data services

• Experience with Python for data processing, analytics, or automation

• Experience working with PL/SQL and enterprise data integration processes

• Knowledge of data integration tools such as Cozyroc or similar solutions

• Strong understanding of enterprise reporting architecture and business intelligence best practices

• Experience with data quality management, validation, and performance optimization

• Ability to troubleshoot complex reporting and data pipeline issues

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders

• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-visibility environment

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ownership mentality, * Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence platforms

• Experience leveraging AI-powered analytics and development tools such as Power BI Copilot and GitHub Copilot

• Background in cloud-based analytics and reporting environments
