Director of Platform Engineer

o 7-10 + years of experience as a Developer/Architect, etc recent leadership/managment experience supporting customer-facing applications o 2-3+ years of experience with Sitecore AI/XM o Emphasis on search optimization with Coveo o Must know how to optimize indexing and search performance o Vercel headless architecture Strong experience with search optimization tools like Coveo, Elasticsearch, Algolia Leadership experience of 2 engineers and a product owner - working cross-functionally with AI team, marketing team, 3rd party support for L1 monitoring 70% hands on/30% leadership/management - Needs a doer/leader Experience with content creation and optimization with Sitecore AI tools o Used for AB testing AI-first approach- experience integrating Sitecore with other AI tools like Claude or Cursor TOP preference for Sitecore certification Must have strong communication and collaboration with other business stakeholders; must have strong executive presence 100% Remote

Range: 150k-170k This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
