Job description

Guru Consulting Services LLC is seeking an experienced Electronic Warfare Data Analyst to support a U.S. Navy Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC) Electronic Warfare Data IDIQ requirement in Norfolk, Virginia. The selected professional will support electronic warfare and information warfare activities involving the collection, analysis, management, validation, integration, and documentation of electronic warfare data and related technical information. Responsibilities

  • Analyze and manage electronic warfare data and related technical information.
  • Support collection, processing, validation, and quality assurance of EW data.
  • Assist with development, maintenance, and integration of EW databases and data products.
  • Identify data inconsistencies and support troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and data deliverables.
  • Support testing, validation, and evaluation of electronic warfare data products and systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and government stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate technical and project documentation.
  • Follow applicable U.S. Navy, Department of Defense, security, cybersecurity, and data-handling requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as required under applicable task orders., * Deliver accurate and reliable electronic warfare data analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain high data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Complete assigned tasks and deliverables within required timelines.
  • Support effective integration and management of EW data.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain complete and accurate technical documentation.
  • Meet applicable U.S. Navy and DoD quality, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistent performance and responsiveness throughout the contract.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in electronic warfare, information warfare, data analysis, systems engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience analyzing, managing, or validating complex technical data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience preparing technical documentation and reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a government/defense environment.
  • Ability to satisfy applicable security-clearance and access requirements.
