Job description

We are seeking a Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. This role will focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ, identity lifecycle management, application integrations, and access governance within a complex enterprise environment., * Design, develop, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ across development, QA, and production environments.

  • Develop and maintain workflows, rules, lifecycle events, provisioning policies, tasks, and custom components using Java and BeanShell.
  • Lead application onboarding and integrations using REST, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, APIs, and custom connectors.
  • Implement and enhance Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), provisioning, deprovisioning, account correlation, and reconciliation processes.
  • Support access certifications, Segregation of Duties (SoD), audit controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate SailPoint with enterprise platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure, and other business applications.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support upgrades, performance tuning, and platform modernization.
  • Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design reviews, mentoring, documentation, and Agile delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience and 5+ years of SailPoint IdentityIQ development.
  • Strong experience with enterprise IAM/IGA solutions and application onboarding.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Java / BeanShell
  • REST APIs, JSON, XML
  • SQL / JDBC
  • Active Directory / LDAP / Entra ID
  • SCIM and enterprise integrations, * SailPoint IdentityIQ certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, Azure, Linux/Unix, and Windows Server.
  • CI/CD and DevOps experience.
  • Experience supporting IAM solutions in regulated environments.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP or Security+.
