Job description

Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and utilization using enterprise monitoring tools.
Implement and maintain high-availability and network redundancy solutions.
Troubleshoot complex network incidents involving connectivity, latency, packet loss, routing, and performance issues.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering or network infrastructure.
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies.
Experience with routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
Experience with Cisco enterprise platforms such as Catalyst and Nexus.
Experience with Cisco wireless, SD-WAN, or SD-Access is a plus.
Experience with network monitoring, alerting, and performance-management tools.
Strong understanding of VLANs, STP, TCP/IP, subnetting, and network troubleshooting.
Experience supporting VPN technologies, including site-to-site and remote-access VPNs.
Experience working with firewalls and network security controls.
Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and enterprise network services.
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture, routing, and switching.
Strong understanding of network redundancy, high availability, and failover concepts.
CCNP certification preferred.
Design, configure, implement, and support enterprise LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and enterprise networking technologies.
Manage and optimize routing and switching environments, including VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, and related protocols.
Configure and support site-to-site and remote-access VPN solutions.
Support enterprise firewall and network security infrastructure in collaboration with security teams., Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
