Job description

The role requires a high degree of agility and resilience, as client environments, technologies and regulatory expectations continue to evolve. You demonstrate curiosity, tenacity and leadership, helping teams and clients navigate complex technology and risk challenges. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients including listed companies, mid-sized businesses, start-ups and public sector institutions, across a variety of industries, with opportunities to further develop industry-specific expertise over time. Together makes progress Connect your future to Deloitte You work closely with team members and colleagues across the firm to deliver technology assurance services in support of financial statement audits, as well as broader technology and controls assurance engagements such as ISAE 3402 and other regulatory or compliance-driven reviews. In today’s increasingly digital and regulated environment, organizations rely on complex technology ecosystems to support their operations and financial reporting. In this role, you help clients assess and strengthen controls across ERP environments, cloud platforms, digital applications and automated processes, ensuring that technology risks are appropriately managed and regulatory expectations are met. As organizations increasingly adopt AI-enabled technologies, you will play an active role in understanding both the risks and opportunities that AI brings. This includes considering the impact of AI on control environments and governance, while also exploring how AI can enhance the way assurance is delivered. You are encouraged to experiment with AI tools, contribute to new ways of working and translate emerging AI capabilities into practical use cases for both our teams and our clients. While IT audit remains the core of the role, you will also support clients on assurance related advisory engagements, providing insights on technology risk, governance, digital transformation and regulatory compliance. This requires a mindset that combines strong analytical and structured thinking with curiosity, adaptability and the ability to navigate both structured and evolving environments. We would like to meet you! We are curious to know more about you. To learn what makes you exceptional. Because at Deloitte, we believe that our mutual differences add value to our client’s needs. Please introduce yourself and apply for this great opportunity. Our application process We will ask you to tell us a bit more about yourself, such as your name and address, for example, and information about your educational background. You can upload your CV and a motivation letter. We will send you confirmation when we have received all your details. Step 2: CV and motivation Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? You can during one of the next interviews get a case study. Step 5: The offer When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally. Questions or doubts? Recruiter We are pleased to offer you tips on how to responsibly combine AI with your unique qualities, ensuring that ‘your recruitment process’ truly represents you.
