Job description
As SAP Functional Analyst WM/EWM, you contribute to the evolution and support of ERP solutions used by business teams in areas such as logistics, purchasing, HR and finance. You work within an ERP environment alongside project managers, analysts and developers, with a strong focus on warehouse and inventory-related processes.
- Analyze change requests and assess workload, effort and impact.
- Compare possible solution approaches and recommend the most suitable option.
- Evaluate the effects of changes on existing systems and processes.
- Help ensure continuity of service and long-term maintainability of the implemented solution.
- Translate specifications into functional configuration and, where needed, technical adaptations or developments.
- Support SAP configuration activities, especially in SAP WM and SAP EWM.
- Contribute to data migration activities related to the solution scope.
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Define test plans, coordinate testing, monitor quality and support deployment.
- Follow up incidents and problems and help drive their resolution.
- Use debugging and analysis skills in ABAP when investigating issues or validating changes.
Requirements
- You have solid experience as a functional analyst in SAP environments.
- You have strong hands-on knowledge of SAP WM and good understanding of SAP EWM.
- You are experienced in SAP configuration.
- You have a good understanding of inventory management and warehousing processes.
- You are able to work with ABAP and debugging for analysis and troubleshooting purposes.
- You are familiar with at least one modelling tool.
- Knowledge of data migration is an asset.
- Knowledge of SAP MM and SAP PM is a plus.
- Experience in the energy sector is an advantage.
- You are fluent in at least one of the two national languages: Dutch or French.
- You can work effectively in English.
