Senior Agentic Software Engineer

• Designing, developing and maintaining software solutions using C#, .NET and Microsoft Azure
• Enhancing existing digital products and creating new functionalities that deliver value to customers
• Collaborating closely with product owners, business analysts and fellow developers to translate requirements into high-quality software
• Using AI-assisted development tools and agent-based workflows as an integral part of your daily work
• Breaking down complex business challenges into structured tasks that can be efficiently executed by AI systems
• Reviewing, validating and improving AI-generated code, documentation and analyses
• Contributing to software architecture, development standards and engineering best practices
• Supporting the ongoing evolution towards AI-driven software engineering within the organisation
• Working in Agile Scrum teams focused on long-term product ownership and continuous improvement

We are looking for a senior software professional who combines strong technical expertise with hands-on experience in AI-assisted development.

You bring:

• Fluent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus but not required
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• Strong experience with C# and .NET
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development, AI coding tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI agents or similar technologies
• The ability to critically evaluate, validate and improve AI-generated output
• Experience working within Agile development environments
