to a broader European mission Qualifications At least 1 year of professional experience in AI engineering Minimum Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent) Strong ability to design AI & data architectures integrated into enterprise landscapes; hands-on LLM fine-tuning/adaptation/training and production delivery Strong proficiency in Python, including async programming, debugging, and performance basics Practical experience implementing RAG pipelines (rerivers, chunking, hybrid search) Excellent French & English communication/presentation skills; experience leading technical teams, contributing to governance, and solid project-management capabilities Reply Reply specialises in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media.
