Support and enhance McLaren’s Atlassian ecosystem through day-to-day administration, user support and delivery of platform improvements. This role is delivery and service-focused, working under the direction of the Enterprise Atlassian Platform Lead to maintain a reliable, well-governed platform for the enterprise. What You’ll Do Enterprise support: provide 1st/2nd line support for Jira/Confluence/JSM, including user access, permissions, troubleshooting and knowledge articles. Configuration & delivery: implement approved changes (workflows, fields, schemes, forms, automations, dashboards) and support testing/UAT. Operational excellence: monitor platform health, assist with incident/problem management and help maintain runbooks. User enablement: deliver onboarding, how-to guidance and lightweight training; promote consistent ways of working and templates.
