shape the future of AI-powered experiences.You will: Analyse large-scale text, document, and conversation data to uncover patterns in user behaviour Apply NLP, semantic analysis, classification, and regression techniques to answer product questions Develop frameworks to evaluate AI performance and measure user outcomes Investigate prompts, model responses, and interaction data to understand what drives successful experiences Turn complex analysis into clear recommendations that influence product strategy and roadmap decisions Own projects end-to-end, from problem definition and data exploration through to modelling, insight generation, and stakeholder communication Design and evaluate experiments to support product development and feature launches Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve user experience and business outcomes Help establish best practices for analysing unstructured and AI-generated data Your Skills & Experience Strong commercial experience working as a

Requirements
