Sitting at the intersection of development and operations, you will be pivotal in maintaining core application stability, troubleshooting complex microservices, and driving system reliability across cloud platforms. You will work alongside cross-functional engineering, infrastructure, and delivery teams to optimise application health and automate operational workflows., * Incident & Problem Resolution: Owning and resolving P1-P3 application incidents within SLA, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring bugs, and providing production fixes or workarounds.

• Environment & Change Delivery: Managing and maintaining non-production environment availability, executing approved change tickets, and supporting release deployments.
• Monitoring & Observability: Enhancing system monitoring, alerting thresholds, and telemetry to proactively protect service stability and reduce downtime.
• Shift Left & Automation: Automating routine, repeatable tasks to transition operational workloads to L1/L2 teams, authoring clear runbooks, and mentoring junior peers.

• Strong hands-on technical troubleshooting across application layers, logs, and infrastructure.
