SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll professional to join a key localisation and product management programme focused on Irish Payroll. This is an excellent opportunity for a SAP Payroll specialist who wants to work at the intersection of SAP, product management, legislation and customer engagement. You’ll be responsible for: Defining and documenting Irish Payroll business & statutory requirementsProviding functional guidance to development/engineering teamsCreating and validating Irish Payroll scenariosSupporting the design and review of payroll functionalityEnsuring solutions remain aligned with Irish legislationLeading and coordinating functional & integration testingSupporting payroll developments and legal changesEngaging directly with Irish customers and key customer groupsWorking collaboratively with international, virtual teams What we’re Looking for: 6+ years’ experience in Irish PayrollStrong SAP HCM Payroll / SAP Payroll experienceStrong understanding of Irish payroll legislation & statutory complianceExperience working closely with software engineers/development teamsStrong customer-facing experienceExperience working within international teams
