Your Role:For Salesforce Techno /Functional Analyst where you will play a pivotal role in shaping complex Salesforce led change programmes while acting as a consultative force multiplier for delivery teamsIn addition to owning business analysis outcomes across multi team multi vendor environments this role is expected to actively uplift delivery effectiveness by leveraging agentic AI automation and modern delivery tools improving speed

quality and decision making across the change lifecycleYou will operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders partnering with Product Owners Architects Engineers and Change Leads to drive outcomes that are strategically aligned operationally sound and execution ready Your Skills:10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with deep expertise across CRM platforms and complex enterprise implementations.Strong banking and financial services domain experience, with an understanding of the regulatory and control environment.Proven expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data Cloud and a strong understanding of Agentforce capabilities.Demonstrable experience leading major workstreams within large-scale Salesforce transformation programmes - not simply participating as a BA.Able to take end-to-end ownership of complex business areas, from discovery and requirements through to technology delivery and business outcomes.Strong ability to translate complex business needs and colleague journeys into clear technology requirements, features and actionable user stories.Confident challenging senior stakeholders, driving decisions, resolving ambiguity and removing blockers that impact engineering delivery.Experienced working across Product, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Data, Integration and Testing teams within Agile delivery models.Able to identify cross-programme dependencies, risks and gaps early and proactively drive them through to resolution.A senior, delivery-focused leader who can operate independently, provide direction to other BAs and materially improve the pace and quality of programme delivery.
