Business Analyst / Consultant - ERP (JD Edwards)We are looking forBusiness Analyststo support a global pharmaceutical transformation programme.The role will focus on translating business requirements into functional solutions acrossfinance, controlling, ordering, and indirect procurement, with particular expertise inJD Edwards.Start Date:1 November **Duration:12 months with a possible extensionLocation:Madrid, SpainWorking Model:Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the Madrid officeLanguages:English and Spanish requiredKey ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into clear functional requirements and effective process solutions.Supportfinance, controlling, ordering, and indirect procurementprocesses.Work withJD Edwardsas the primary ERP platform; knowledge ofMicrosoft Dynamics 365/Navisionis an advantage.Support business process transition and integration towardsSAP.Collaborate with global and local stakeholders, as well as Shared Service Centre teams.SupportGxP-regulated processeswithin a pharmaceutical environment.Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.Contribute to a project-based transformation environment through *****.Requirements5+ years of experienceas a Business Analyst, ideally within finance, procurement, ERP, or business transformation.Strong experience withJD Edwards; Oracle/JD Edwards experience is highly desirable.Proven experience translating business requirements into functional requirements and process improvements.Strong understanding offinance, controlling, and procurement processes, particularly indirect procurement.Experience working withShared Service Centresand geographically distributed teams.Pharmaceutical or GxP experienceis strongly preferred.Exposure toSAP transformation or migration projectsis an advantage.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
