Requirements

Hands-on experience with ImageRight versions 7.0 and 25R1
Demonstrated experience configuring ImageRight through the Enterprise Management Console and designing, developing, and maintaining workflows using Workflow Studio.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and the ImageRight database, including database structure, tables, schemas, relationships, and writing queries to support reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting.
Experience working with the ImageRight Desktop and Browser Client, with an understanding of the key features, functionality, and configuration of each.
Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting ImageRight import processes, including email, scanning, FUP, and COLD imports.
Working knowledge of ImageRight REST APIs and SignalR, including their application in integrations and system functionality.
Experience developing or scripting with one or more of the following: C#, .NET, Visual Basic, and PowerShell.
Familiarity with Windows Server environments, including the installation, configuration, and support of ImageRight components.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues using ImageRight logs, server logs, application information, and feedback from end users and technical teams.
Experience providing production support, including issue investigation, resolution, root-cause analysis, and communication with stakeholders. Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio and its use in developing, debugging, and maintaining applications or integrations.
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively, partnering with business users, application teams, and technical stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
