German Speaking Software Consultant

• Client Consulting & Analysis: Provide technical and functional advice to B2B clients regarding our software solutions. Gather and analyze client requirements, translate them into solid technical concepts, and implement them independently or in small teams.
• Software Development: Build multi-tier cross-platform applications for iOS, Android, and Windows using .NET, C#, and .NET MAUI.
• Training & Enablement: Conduct occasional customer training sessions (online and, when required, on-site).
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with customers as well as internal teams across development, sales, and marketing.
• Product Evolution: Actively contribute to the ongoing improvement and evolution of our core products and services.

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software development, technical consulting, or a related technical customer-facing role.
• Tech Stack: Strong foundation in .NET and C# with practical experience in .NET MAUI (or Xamarin / WPF). Proficient with Entity Framework and MS SQL Server.
• Languages: Professional fluency in German (C1 level minimum) and good English communication skills.
• Soft Skills: High customer orientation, confident presentation skills, camera-readiness for virtual meetings, and enthusiasm for direct client contact.
• Work Preference: Clear commitment to working full-time on-site at our Munich-Unterhaching or Dortmund locations.
• Nice-to-Haves: Experience with ASP.NET Core, Blazor, basic SAP exposure, or domain knowledge in logistics, maintenance, or production processes.

• Compensation & Stability: Attractive annual salary (€60,000 - €75,000 p.a.) with a permanent employment contract.
